Cancellation Policy

Client can reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before its start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a consultation must book again through the site. All payments are nonrefundable. Note: Only clients who successfully complete an initial consultation may have their booking fee deducted from their project's total. If a consultation is rebooked, the booking fee deduction is not applied twice
